Read-Only Access: Pulseforge requests read-only permission for HRV, resting heart rate, sleep duration, and workout strain.
Local Processing: Health data is fetched and processed instantly on your device to calculate your Recovery Score.
Strict Compliance: We adhere fully to Apple's HealthKit guidelines. No data is sold or shared.

Your Recovery Records and User Preferences are saved securely on your device using Apple's native SwiftData framework.
